How it works

Test. Fix. Re-test. Repeat monthly.

Here is everything we do, in the order we do it. No mystery, no "proprietary process." If you wanted to do it yourself, this page is the checklist.

Step 1 · Free

The AI Visibility Report

We run ten questions through three AI engines and count who gets named. Then we send you one page.

The ten questions

Filled in with your trade, your city and your real competitors.

  1. Who is the best [trade] company in [city]?
  2. I need an emergency [trade] repair in [city] tonight. Who should I call?
  3. Recommend three trustworthy [trade] contractors near [neighborhood or ZIP].
  4. Which [trade] companies in [city] have the best reviews?
  5. Who does [specific job] in [city] and what does it cost?
  6. Is [your company] a good [trade] company? What do people say?
  7. [Your company] vs [top competitor] — which should I hire?
  8. What [trade] companies in [city] are family-owned or locally owned?
  9. Best [trade] company in [city] for [common problem]?
  10. Who are the top-rated [trade] contractors in [county] County?

What you get back

  • Your score. How many of the 30 answers named you. We measure your result without assuming what it will be.
  • Who got named instead, ranked by how often. Usually franchises and lead sites.
  • The three gaps that explain it, checked off for your business specifically.
  • Real screenshots. Every answer, dated. Nothing is typed from memory.

If the report shows you're already being named, we say so and you owe nothing. No upsell.

The 30-Day AI Visibility Sprint

One month, four weeks, one checklist. You approve everything before it goes live. You own everything after.

  1. Week 1 — Foundation

The boring part that matters most. AI engines trust businesses whose information is identical everywhere.

    • Day-1 "before" snapshot: all 30 AI answers screenshotted and dated.
    • Google Business Profile completed to 100%: correct categories, every service listed one by one, service area, hours, 10+ real job photos, and the Q&A section filled with the ten questions, answered by you.
    • Identity audit: your exact name, address, phone and hours matched across Google, Yelp, BBB, Angi, HomeAdvisor, Nextdoor, Houzz, Apple Maps, Bing Places and Facebook. Missing listings claimed. Wrong ones fixed.
    • A review-request text your crew sends after every job. Everyone gets asked. Nobody gets paid for a star.
  2. Week 2 — A website a machine can read

Your site probably looks fine to a person. The AI needs plain answers and structured data.

    • One "Who to call for [trade] in [city]" page in plain answers: what you do, where, hours, price ranges, how fast, warranty, license number, years in business, owner's name.
    • An FAQ section that answers the ten questions word for word.
    • Structured data (the code AI engines read): LocalBusiness or HVACBusiness / Plumber / RoofingContractor / Electrician, Service and FAQ markup.
    • A check that your site isn't blocking AI crawlers by accident.
  3. Week 3 — Third-party mentions

The AI believes other sites before it believes yours. This is the week that moves answers.

    • State trade association and local Home Builders Association directory listings.
    • Manufacturer and supplier dealer locators for the brands you install (Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, GAF, Owens Corning and so on).
    • Chamber of Commerce listing.
    • One local mention: an "ask the expert" piece, a sponsorship page, or a Nextdoor business page with real recommendations from real customers.
    • Three to five helpful, clearly identified answers in local community threads where people are asking for a [trade]. From your real account. Answering the question, not dropping a link.
  4. Week 4 — Re-test and hand over

Same questions, same engines, same screenshots. Day 30.

    • The "after" snapshot: all 30 answers, dated.
    • One page: score before, score after, who is named now, what changed, what's next.
    • Every login, listing and page handed to you with a plain list of what we touched.

What moves and how fast. Timing varies, and changes to listings or website content may not change an AI answer. The day-30 re-test records what changed and what didn't; it isn't a promise that your score will rise.

Step 3 · Founding offer: $497/month

Stay Named

Founding offer: $497/month for the first 5 Stay Named clients, locked for their first 12 months. Then $997/month. Standard pricing for other clients is $997/month. Month to month, with 30 days' cancellation notice; the price lock is not a 12-month commitment.

Being named is not a one-time fix. The AI keeps re-reading the web; your competitors keep adding proof. This keeps you ahead of them.

Every month

  • The 30-answer re-test and your updated score.
  • Two new plain-answer pages on your site: one real job story with photos, one FAQ answering a question homeowners actually ask.
  • One new third-party mention: a supplier, association, news or community source.
  • Review count and rating tracked, with a nudge when the asking slows down.
  • A one-page report in the same format every month, so you can compare months at a glance.

The rules

  • Month to month. Cancel by email with 30 days' notice.
  • You approve any content before it goes live.
  • You own every account, listing and page. Leave and keep all of it.
  • No fake reviews, no bought engagement, no undisclosed posts — ever. Read the clean-work policy.

What we won't do

Things that get contractors banned, fined, or embarrassed

  • Write or buy reviews. We ask real customers for honest feedback, without paying for a particular rating or sentiment. Our process is designed around the FTC's review rules and platform policies.
  • Post as a "happy customer." Every post we make on your behalf says who we are.
  • Buy upvotes, followers or likes. Reddit, Google and Nextdoor all detect it, and the AI engines read those platforms.
  • Promise a ranking. Nobody controls what ChatGPT says tomorrow. We promise the work and the re-test.
